Green Trail PRESTIGE Rods Warranty

We are delighted that you have chosen a Green Trail Prestige carbon fiber rods. As the owner of this rod, you are entitled to a 5-year Warranty and Repair Service. To do so, you need to register your rod within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Once you have registered to Green Trail Prestige Product Warranty and Repair Service you will be entitled for the next 5 years to the repair and replacement (at our discretion) of detective rod sections, in accordance with these terms. Every new Prestige series fishing rod is covered by a 5-year original owner warranty. This warranty is limited to the rod’s repair and replacement and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. Sales receipt or proof or purchase is required. Naturmania reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Prestige fishing rod covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacements parts.

To initiate a claim: contact Naturmania’s Warranty and Repair Service Department to get a RA (return authorization) number. Then ship the damaged rod (the whole rod) in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, along with a completed copy of our Warranty and Return Form. The RA number must be on the package and on any other document included with the package. This RA number will be the reference for any communication or follow up you may have with Naturmania Warranty and Repair Service Department. Charges of 45$ to cover repair/replacement, handing, administration and packing charges will be billed for each claim.
