We are delighted that you have chosen a Green Trail Prestige carbon fiber rod. As the owner of this rod, you are entitled to a 5 years Warranty and Repair Service. To do so, you need to register your rod within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Product registration: Go to www.naturmania.ca and follow the instruction. Once you have registered to Green Trail Prestige Product Warranty and Repair Service you will be entitled for the 5 years of product to the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of defective sections of your rod in accordance with these terms. Every new Prestige series fishing rod is covered by a 5 year, original owner warranty. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. Sales receipt or proof of purchase is required. Naturmania reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Prestige fishing rod covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
To initiate a claim: Contact Naturmania’s Warranty and Repair Service Department to get a RA (return authorization) number. Then ship the damaged rod (the whole rod) in a disposable container, prepaid and insured, along with a completed copy of our Warranty Return Form. The RA number must be on the package and on any other document that will be with this package. This RA number will be the reference for any communication or follow up you may have with Naturmania Warranty and Repair Service Department. Charges of 45$ to cover repair/replacement, handling, administration and packing charge will be billed for each claim.
